The Beginning of Many Family Gatherings

Last week we were able to go down to St. George and have a big BBQ with my siblings and their families for Memorial Day and for Dresden's (my niece) second birthday. It was fun to be with everyone and spend part of the day with them. Here are a few pictures from that.

On Saturday we traveled to good ole' Henriville Utah. For those of you who aren't sure where that is it is near tropic/Bryce Canyon area. Derek's mom is from there and every year they have the Rose Reunion there. We spent the day in the park, ate lunch, played games, socialized and just took it easy. We had fun being with family and spending the day with them.

This is the beginning of many family gatherings this summer and we are excited about it. We are headed up north this week and then the next week will be another family trip. Let the summer vacations begin...
